In Recording mode, AD5 outputs stereo audio (left channel and right channel).
In Streaming mode, AD5 outputs mono audio (both left channel).
Dual Monitoring Mode
In Direct monitoring mode, the AD5 will route the audio signals from the mic preamps directly to the monitor outputs and headphones with zero latency.
In Input monitoring mode, audio signals from the mic preamps will be routed to the DAW software and then to the monitor outputs and headphones with mixed audio, which will cause a delay in monitoring.
Loopback Mode for Streaming and Podcasting
In Loopback mode you can capture audio from any phone, software, browser, game, or Zoom call and send them to your DAW.
Long Battery Life for Portability
The built-in rechargeable battery offers 6 hours of operation. Alternately, the AD5 can also be powered via USB.
At only 16.6 oz and featuring a small form factor, the unit is easy to carry for working on the go.
