Return Policy

Return policies:

- We provided 30 days return policy for products sold. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchases, if the package and postage hasn't un-boxing or without damage. After successful return, MX Camera will fully refund to the purchaser (excluding both ways' shipping expenses). The details of the return policies can be applicable under the following circumstances:

For NEW items, only: 

- Items must be in original conditions, and with all original accessories (if has), such as manuals, and packing materials. Any missing parts or damaged items will result in rejection on the return (Including all packs in the original packing ).

- No refund is given if defects are caused by misuse of buyers. Our customer service officers will gladly contact you for further arrangement upon your request. 

- All shipping cost (both ways) thus generated is paid by the buyer.

- Item returned must be received within 30 days after the receipt of the items. No refund and replacement is issued after this period.

- We will only refund the payment after we received the returned item. If the item is loss or damaged during return process, we may refuse refund the payment.

- Payment will be refunded as original price rate and currency only. We will not take responsibility for any loss due to exchange rate, bank's administration fees, transaction fees and any difference in the refund process.

- Customs fees and tax is not refundable.

For USED items only:

- Extended 14 days return policy, if you are not satisfied with your purchases for any reason, refund or exchange can be applicable under the following circumstances (excluding the shipping expenses).

- Items must be in good conditions with all original accessories, manuals, and packing materials. Any missing parts or damaged items will result in rejection on the return.

- In case of any defectives found, only defects in manufacturing are accepted as the reason of return.

- No refund is given if defects are caused by misuse of buyers. Our customer service officers will gladly contact you for further

Damaged or Defective Products: 

 

-  All product may be damaged during shipping / transportation / logistic or storage condition. MX Camera will try the best to pack-up the

goods under good condition before shipping. If there is any product was founded damaged, defective by the original manufacturer, Customers can return the product for repaired, exchanged, to anther some model or price's range product.  

- Customer is require to contact our customer service staff to proof the product's issues. After the showcase, our staff will provide the product 

return solutions. 

- All return shipping is responsible by the customers. MX Camera will not ship back the items after repaired unless the return shipping has been completed.
