Techart 天工 保養登記/Warranty Registration

1. 由購買日期起一年內,產品如有故障,並經證實屬正常使用下發生者 (符合說明書所提供的使用及操作守則),本公司將免費給予修理。如需保用服務,貴戶請攜同該產品及指定經銷商之發票正本,在保用期之一年內,到本公司客戶服務站或指定服務站保修便可。
2. 貴戶須自行負責將該產品運抵本公司客戶服務站或指定服務站保修。
3. 在下列情況,保用將會自動失敗,而貴戶須繳付合理費用 : 
a.由於錯誤使用所造成之故障 (不依照說明書的使用守則或其他等部份)。
e.由於儲存疏忽或不當( 即把產品存放在高溫、高濕、鄰近驅蟲劑如錼或其他有害毒品等地方),及保養不當…等等所造成之故障。
4. 根據此保用條款,本公司所須承擔的責任只限於產品的維修,至於任何由於產品損壞而直接或間接引起之損失;或任何其他附件等,配合產品使用時所引起之損失;又或任何由於維修延誤所引起之損失等等,本公司概不負責。
5.    如中英文版本有差異時,以中文版為準。
6. 所有資料如有修改,恕不另行通知。如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。


1. The product warranty will provide 1 year covers of the manufactory defect, product disable which under normal and proper use. User is required to present this the original purchases invoice to authorize customer service centre for warranty service. 
2. Customers is responsible for delivering and collecting the product by his/her own cost from the service center. 
3. The warranty will invalid under the following situation:
A. Product defect by improper use or human error in operation. (Such as not following the instruction manual or other improper way).
B. Product was repaired / opened / decomposed by DEO unauthorized person.
C. Product was under shocking, drop, transportation accident which cause damage or defect. 
D. Product was under natural disaster, fire accident, water flood and improper voltage of electronic conductivity’s damage. 
E. Product was under improper way of storage, negligence of care which under high temperature, damp or any issues may cause electronic goods damage. 
F. Without valid purchases invoice original copy. 
G. This registered information has been changed such as date of purchases, register person’s name, dealer’s names and product serial numbers etc.       
4. This warranty terms and conditions will just only cover the product’s technique support, product inspection and repairs. Any direct and indirect loss, delay or missing etc. MX Camera Trading Limited will not responsible for these issues. 
5. If there is any difference between Chinese and English version in arbitration. The Chinese version would be the final definition.
6. All warranty service terms and conditions may update or change without additional notices. MX Camera Trading reserves all rights for final judgment.
